Year 2 have had a busy couple of days! On 29th November, we held a Knight Day. The children made apple tarts in the morning. On 30th November, Norris brought us some bones that had been left by the dragon. He asked us to find out
Year 5 learnt all about irreversible and reversible changes in science, from melting wax to putting bread in a toaster. The most exciting was the irreversible change between bicarbonate of soda and vinegar which produced the gas carbon dioxide.
This week, we had a very exciting experience of an African drumming workshop! We worked in small groups to play a variety of instruments and then explored playing these all together. We worked very hard on playing to the beat and changing the dynamics of the music.
