What's On in the Community
This page is for events or information that we are asked to advertise which are in keeping with our school ethos. These could be events that are taking place in the local or wider community (particularly over the holidays!) or information that we feel parents may wish to know about,
We will only advertise events or information that are in keeping with our Christian ethos, and have an educational/arts/cultural or religious interest for our children/families.
Please note that this is not a general advertising forum and events selected will be at the discretion of our leadership team.
Please be aware that as these are being run by external organisations, Broadwater C of E Primary School has not conducted any safeguarding checks on these organisations and accepts no liability or responsibility for any actions, damages or injuries that result from anyone attending any of these events and if parents have any concerns, they should contact the organiser directly.
1st Goring Girls' Brigade
Explorers - aged 4 (Reception) to 8: 16:45 – 18:00
Juniors - aged 8 to 11: 18:15 – 19:30
Seniors/Brigadiers - aged 10 to 13 / 14+: 19:45 – 21:00
A weekly uniformed community (during term time) that is open to all girls and young women; offering fun, friendship and informative learning across a wide range of events each Monday night.
