Year 4 Latest Information
Welcome to Year 4!
We have two classes: Macaws and Toucans.
Mrs Corcoran (M/Tu/W/F) and Mrs Krost (Th) teach Macaw Class; Miss Mchugh (M/W/Th/F) and Mrs Krost (Tu) teach Toucan Class.
We are supported by three lovely teaching assistants: Mrs Foden, Mrs Payne, Mrs Hawke and Mrs Naggar.
You will need to bring your water bottle and bag to school each day.
PE days are as follows:
Tuesday and Thursday
In the Autumn term, our topic is called Raiders and Traders. It’s going to be a great topic learning about our British history! In the Spring, we discover our part to play in Rainforest Rescue and in the Summer we travel Around the World in Eighty Days!

As part of Year 3's Stunning Start into their new topic on the Stone Age they made their own Stone Age shelters from twigs, sticks and leaves! -
Whole school Easter service at St Mary's

What a wonderful end to the term. The whole school came together for a very special Easter service at St Mary's. It was a reflective and moving time with readings, poems, raps and dancing performed by the children in Year 5. -
Year One and Two

On Monday 25th March, Year 1 and 2 arrived at school to find their classrooms had been transformed into scenes from the Easter story. We walked through each classroom and reflected deeply on what happened 2000 years ago. Following this interactive journey, Mary Magdalene came to us in the hall and shared the amazing news... Jesus is alive!
