Friends of The Mombasa Children

We were delighted to welcome Mr Chris Azzaro from the charity, Friends of the Mombassa Children, and Mr Joash Obento, teacher from Unity Freretown school in Mombassa, Kenya. As a school, we have supported this charity and partner school for many years now. Mr Joash spoke to the Year 3 children about what life is like in Kenya to support their 'Jambo Rafiki' topic.

Our Head Boy and Head Girl were presented with a certificate and a wooden finger piano to show Unity School's thanks for our continued support as a school, raising £2244.11 from fundraising events in the last year.
