Today, Year 1 had a special visit from Huxley's Birds of Prey Centre. They showed us a selection of birds, including owls, who we have been writing about in our English work. We learnt some amazing facts and they showed us how they hunt and fly. At the end, we even got the chance to hold a tawny owl with the help of the owl keepers.
