Over the last few years, as a school, we have supported local projects at Harvest time.  This year, we are pleased to be supporting Worthing Foodbank.

Worthing Foodbank are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.  Last year, they helped provide over 18,000 meals to people in crisis in the local area.  Please see https://worthing.foodbank.org.uk/ if you are interested in reading more about this local charity.

We would like to invite you to bring to school a food donation towards our Harvest appeal on FRIDAY 15^th OCTOBER.  On this day, the Year 3 children will also be leading our Harvest celebration to the school.

Worthing foodbank are most in need of the following items:

Milk (Long life)
Fruit juice (Long life)
Tinned meat
Tinned vegetables
Tinned fruit
Tinned soups
Cereal

Baked beans
Biscuits
Instant mash
Tea bags

All food needs to be in date please as the charity are unable to use anything out of date.

Please bring your donation to the school hall before school on Friday 15^th October.
